Mousey Melee

A low-poly hack and slash where you play as a mouse with a sword!

This game is being developed as part of an Honours research project. This project aims to explore the impact visual effects and audio can have on player experience, using a variety of visual and auditory techniques to achieve this. The video linked on this page demonstrates the project's outcome by showing a side by side comparison of the game with and without these effects.

Controls

Playing with a controller rather than mouse and keyboard is recommended.

Controller:

• Move - Left joystick
• Camera - Right joystick
• Attack - X
• Jump attack - Y
• Dash - B

Keyboard and Mouse:

• Move - WASD
• Camera - Mouse (Does not work)
• Attack - Left Click
• Jump attack - Space
• Dash - E
